Psorasis remedy

 I have suffered with psorasis for over 30 years that embarassing skin condition that you feel you need to keep covered up even during summer.  I have never had it really bad small patches on my fingers and on my elbows.  I have been to doctors and skin specialists and tried every cream possible on prescription and over the counter and I have tried home remedies from vinegar to rubbing the lesions with a banana peel but nothing seemed to work until recently I started taking skin,hair and nail vitamins and grape seed tablets.  I didnt start taking these for my psorasis but within 3 weeks of starting them my psorasis on my fingers has gone and my elbows have improved by 80%.  I am not saying this will work for everybody but if you are anything like me you will give it a try because you get to the stage where you will try anything.  I hope this information will be useful to all you psorasis sufferers and I hope it works for you.  Good luck.
